  • 2 TBSP ground oats
  • ½ TBSP rice flour
  • ½ tspn charcoal powder
  • Vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • Option 1 tspn sweetener
Instructions
  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Mix wet ingredients.
  3. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
  4. Cook in coconut oil.
