This mix of collagen, chia seeds, oats, and coconut yogurt makes for one amazing breakfast bowl. Citrusy blood orange adds an extra punch and some brightness.
Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
1 TBSP chia sseds
1 scoop @furtherfood collagen (Ksenia's note: or try my favorite from @vitalproteins)
1@harvest_moon_official coconut yogurt
Splash of @oatly oat milk (Ksenia's note: or try my recipe for DIY Oatly)
Squeeze of fresh blood orange
Pinch of salt
Pinch of vanilla bean powder
For toppings: toasted coconut chips, cacao nibs
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together.
Leave in fridge overnight.
In the morning, top with segments of the blood orange, toasted coconut chips, and cacao nibs, and enjoy!
