Breakfast Criminals Kashi Cereal Box Cover

Yup, that’s me (Breakfast Criminals founder, Ksenia) spreading the superfood love on a national Kashi GOLEAN cereal box that can be found at every Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s in USA.

While I’m not a professional athlete, I’m open to setting records that have to do with creative healthy food and mindful living. Like creating “the world’s most intentional breakfast bowl“. Or becoming “the fashion world’s most in-demand breakfast chef“.

You get the idea. We carefully consider every opportunity that comes our way, and only take on the ones that fully align with our brand (which means turning down things that don’t align 100%).

Once that’s said and done, the creativity begins. Paired with 15 years of experience in digital storytelling and a sense of humor, Breakfast Criminals is a voice in the wellness community that stands out.

Want to be part of the conversation?

Whether you’re interested in social media content (including live streamed videos – we love those!), an ambassadorship, events or something else – we’re excited to hear about your objectives and come up with a powerful, effective and impactful solution.

My expertise in fashion, journalism and social media strategy to the rescue. Did you know Breakfast Criminals was nominated for a Shorty Award as the best social media platform in “Food” category?

Let’s talk.

PARTNERSHIPS DISCLAIMER and @breakfastcriminals only features advertising and brands that support our ethos of whole food, mindful mind-body-spirit nourishment. That includes food and lifestyle items.

We’re committed to creating authentic content and only featuring products that we would ourselves buy and use. That causes our audience to implicitly trust our brand recommendations and provides an effective way for our partners to connect to a like-minded, eager audience.

Breakfast Criminals is not a community service. Which means we won’t create content in exchange for product. We spend a lot of energy maintaining this website and running all related social media, and we earn an income from it. Superfoods don’t pay our rent or our employee’s salaries.

We give back to the community through a ton of free content published on this blog, giveaways, monetary and product donations, and creative fundraising initiatives for causes we care about.

That said, from time to time we will post about products and services I paid for, without a relationship with the brand in place.

That doesn’t mean that sending us a product means we will be including it on the blog or social media. Please check in with us before sending a product to make sure it’s a fit, and discuss partnerships packages. Ready to talk? Email us.

Ksenia is available for interviews, podcasts, speaking engagements (including keynotes) and social media workshops.

I’ve thrown New York Fashion Week-themed breakfast party at Instagram HQ, product launch breakfasts for Miu Miu, THINX and Glossier, and led a ton of superfood breakfast master classes. Ready to bring together art, food and mindful nourishment? Let’s talk.

When I’m not running Breakfast Criminals, I spend a lot of time getting trained and developed as a leader, human and a businesswoman. My experiences have been published by Elephant Journal, Free People, Lululemon, MindBodyGreen, BuzzFeed and Thrive Global. Have an experience you want me to attend and authentically share with my community? Get in touch.

Some of the brands we’ve worked with are Vitamix, Whole Foods, Google, Wanderlust Festival and LG.

Here are some things clients have shared with us after working together:

Our audience is 90%  women, ages 18-44. Request our media kit and audience statistics if you’d like to know more.

Influencer marketing is more effective than any other form of advertising, with an incredible ROI: $23 per $1 spent.

According to RythmOne, unlike a paid digital ad, influencer content stays online forever, continuing to perform with earned media value growing at $0 investment. No other channel gives you that kind of return for free. Just saying.
