Healthy July 4th Menu: 11 Best Recipes

Have you ever arrived to a BBQ party just to realize that there’s nothing on the menu that tickles your (healthy) fancy? I’ve been that person. But wait… you can stick to your food regimen even if you’re not hosting! Just prep your favorite dish at home and bring it to the party–and show your friends, even the most sceptical ones, that veg-based summer BBQ food can be colorfully seasonal, healthy and delicious.
