The Only Fall Detox You Need To Know About

When I hear the word “Detox”, my first reaction is “why would I need it, I already drink green smoothies for breakfast and eat kale salads for lunch!”  The thing is, with the fast-paced lives that we live, and chemicals in our food (sometimes we don’t even know about it, and “all-natural” labels can be misleading) our bodies sometimes just don’t have the time to keep up and release the toxins (which causes to carry around up to 10 pounds of fat!).
