Healthy Mint Moringa Mousse Recipe

- ½ avocado
- 1 cup kuzu pudding
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 tspn. matcha powder
- 1 tspn. moringa powder
- 2 TBSP. tocos
- ¼ cup coconut meat (use fresh or frozen coconut meat - Trader Joe's sells it, or replace it with 2 TBSP. coconut butter)
- ½ green apple
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- Topping options: Hemp Seeds, Cacao Nibs
- Blend all ingredients and freeze them in cubes.
- Remove cubes from freezer, let thaw for 2-3 minutes, reblend in a high-speed blender until thick and creamy.
