This Healthy Mint Moringa Mousse Recipe with Matcha is a dessert in disguise, full of nutritiously delicious benefits!
Ingredients
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup kuzu pudding
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tspn. matcha powder
  • 1 tspn. moringa powder
  • 2 TBSP. tocos
  • ¼ cup coconut meat (use fresh or frozen coconut meat - Trader Joe's sells it, or replace it with 2 TBSP. coconut butter)
  • ½ green apple
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • Topping options: Hemp Seeds, Cacao Nibs
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients and freeze them in cubes.
  2. Remove cubes from freezer, let thaw for 2-3 minutes, reblend in a high-speed blender until thick and creamy.
