Last Spring, when I was in DC, I asked the Instagram community for advice on healthy food spots. Sweetgreen was what came up the most. And so, I found myself in this heaven of local, organic, custom made salads and frozen yogurt, that is prepared and served with more love than any salad shop I’ve encountered in my life. Their kale creations blew my mind.
The affair started, at first as a long-distance relationship. Then, thanks to sweetgreen NoMad opening on Broadway and 27th in NYC last summer, it became official.
