11 Best Instagram Breakfasts This Week

Instagram is how it all started for Breakfast Criminals, and it’s still a place I turn to to connect with my community and get inspired. To share with you what inspires me daily, I am posting a weekly roundup of my favorite breakfasts, seen on Instagram.

This week’s roundup includes decadent warming pear ginger porridge, veggie oatmeal hand rolls, berry smoothie with flowers, chocolate pancakes, variations on avocado toasts, and more.

Even though brutal cold has taken over New York, I’m suddenly all about smoothie bowls. Maybe Australian influence? Whatever it is, here are the Instagram breakfasts I’m loving this week — from smoothie bowls and oatmeal to an occasional quinoa bowl, waffles and of course, pancakes (Tuesday was pancake day after all).

@eastcoasthealth: I’ve posted a lot of pancakes lately, sorry guys. Breakfast from last week: vanilla passionfruit crepes topped with more passionfruit, banana, tahini, cherry chia jam, and fruit. Working on a recipe for the blog!

 @gloriouslydelicious Is it breakfast or is it dessert? Started today with one of my banana buckwheat waffles made using my awesome @cuisinartuk waffle maker, topped with berries, banana ice cream, cacao nibs and a drizzle of almond butter. If anyone dares try to tell you that healthy food is boring, make them a plate of these beauties. Cooking for people is the best way to show them how amazing food can be when you strip away all the less healthy stuff. Recipe is from my blog – you can also use it to make pancakes if you don’t have a waffle maker. Hope you all have a beautiful day!
